• 1. Why do we need pictures convert to vector format files?

  • Because we often need our Logo and pictures to show different sizes on webpage and software, or print them on posters and billboards, so we need convert our originals picture or photos into vector format.

• 2.What is the advantage of vector graphic?

  • The advantage is that no matter how we enlarge or shrink it, there will be not be blurred and sawtoothed.

• 3.What is the difference between designer redraw and software automatic convert?

  • Software automatic converted vector files often still need designer to adjust, and it can’t achieve real useful high quality. Our skilled designer hand-redrawed the vector graphic can achieve very high quality.

  • Each conversion service for a single image or simple scene. Please refer to our vector example files.
    It’s can not be a very complicated combination pictures, or convert all contents of a large HD photo to vector, if you need these kinds of lager vector graphics, please contact us for quote.

  • Our price of vector conversion is: for each order, convert the first picture, the price is $50, other pictures is $25 each.  (USD)

• 6. How to get start? What is the order process?

  • Please send large and clear original picture file to us, so the final converted vector picture can have more details.

    If you need draw one vector picture, please contact us to place an order. Order multi-pictures vector conversion,  you can choose to place an order directly or pay in stages, pay 50% advance payment, after that, we will draw the vector pictures and send drafts to you. Once the draft revisions has been finished and accepted, you pay the balance, we deliver the final vector files for you.

• 7. Available vector formats and other picture formats

  • We provide the most widely used vector file formats, which can be applied to various applications and edited conveniently, such as AI, SVG, EPS, CDR, PDF, DXF.  Of course, we can also provide other non-vector format pictures, such as PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP, ICO …and provide 300dpi JPG, PNG print formats, just tell us format and size requirement about the picture, we’ll made it for you. We provide total three picture formats for free, if you need more formats, each format add $3.

• 2. What is the price of custom design?

  • One single picture custom design price is $100, but if you need more than one picture, the preferential price  is $50 each.  (USD)

• 3. Which picture formats you can deliver?

  • We can provide PNG, JPEG, BMP, GIF, ICO  formats,  and vector formats such as AI, SVG, CDR, EPS, PDF, DXF and other formats that you may need.  Just ask us!

• 4. What do I need to get started? What is the order process?

  • If you need custom design one picture, please contact us to place design order. If you need multi-pictures,  you can choose to place an order directly or pay in stages, pay 50% advance payment, after that, we will design and send the drafts to you. Once the drafts revision has been finished and accepted, you pay the balance, we deliver the final files for you.

• 5. How about the design revisions?

  • We provide draft up to 5 revisions for each design project.

• 6. How long does it take to create?

  • Usually, for less than 20 pictures, we can delivery them within 5 ?C 10 days.
    Of course, we??re flexible and will try to fit your deadlines.

• 7. Do you offer quantity discount for large project?

  • Yes, for more than 20 pictures design, please ask us for quote.

• 8. How to deal with and eliminate the risk of large design order?

  • Many of our clients like order several test pictures first, feel satisfied and then place large order to us. They also like place order batch by batch. This is a good idea, and you can use it as well.

• 9. Why are your prices lower than other businesses?

  • Because our designer team have many years of graphic design experience, very professional and high efficient.

• 10. Payment method

  • You can pay either with a wire transfer or with Paypal.

• 11. Can you provide the source file of design project?

  • Yes, if you require it, please tell us the source file format you need in the beginning of the design project.

• 12. Copyright issue

  • After approval designs and order completed , you own all rights to the pictures that we created for this project.
